What is competitive bidding?

A bid is an offer of price that is used to procure goods and services. It is used by businesses and government agencies that need to deliver their products and services at scale. A customer, either residential or commercial, must issue a form of solicitation, commonly referred to as a request for proposal (RFP). Muzdoor.com call this RFP; Job Poster. It contains details of the products or services the vendor should be interested in offering through a competitive bidding process.

Process of Bidding on Muzdoor.com

Bidding process is a collective series of events. Muzdoor.com is a mobile responsive website. You don’t require to download any extra app to use the site. Each party either muzdoor/vendor or a customer has to go through couple of steps. Let’s see what is involved.

For Muzdoor/Vendor

1. Sign Up – Select Muzdoor from the sign-up page; if you are not sign up yet, please do. Verify your email and setup your profile as muzdoor.
2. Verify Email – Check your email and click on the link in the email.
3. Sign In – Login using the same user id and password that you set up at the Sign-Up process.

If you are using desktop then look for your name on the top right-hand corner and click on it.

You will see four (4) tabs. Each tab represents specific set of fields that a user needs to fill. Please fill all the relevant fields.

Now, you are good to go and market yourself as a muzdoor/vendor.

For Customer (Job Poster)

1. Sign Up – Select Customer from the sign-up page; if you are not sign up yet, please do. Verify your email and setup your profile as Customer.
2. Verify Email – Check your email and click on the link in the email.
3. Sign In – Login using the same user id and password that you set up at the Sign-Up process.

If you are using desktop then look for your name on the top right-hand corner and click on it.

The system will take you the dashboard. From there you can view the following

1. Number of jobs have been posted by you
2. Button for POST WORK
3. Button for SHOW of details of job posted

For POST WORK – Please make sure you fill all the fields that you may think is necessary to get the good bid on your job post. Please don’t forget to upload work picture that you think that is helpful to muzdoor/vendor.

If you are not finish to post your job, you can publish it at a later. Just click on Submit button.

To publish, click on Edit from the Dashboard and click on the checkbox where it says “Do you want to publish this job now?” This will publish your job in real time. It will be published on the front page of muzdoor.com.

That’s it, you are all set to receive bids from several muzdoor/vendor.

Who is buyer and who is seller?

1. Buyer – A customer who is a job poster is a buyer.
2. Seller – A muzdoor/vendor is a seller of their services.

Benefits of Bidding

Firstly, it saves time for both buyer and seller. The seller doesn’t have to visit the buyer’s site. The seller and buyer can reduce transport cost.

Buyer Benefit

The bidding helps buyer get the best negotiating price from the qualified sellers. Buyers can easily communicate with each other either from the Muzdoor.com portal or by telephone. You can know more about qualified muzdoor/vendors by looking at their past work.

Seller Benefit

Muzdoor/Vendor are seller of their services. They can easily quote online while even offering better solutions.
