The guy is an ultimate genius when it comes to execute the business plan. The team has introduced lots of related modules that will help both our customers and vendors. The basic idea is that Pakistani investors need more information, more education, more networking with the vendors, labours, and the material suppliers.
I really want and need to assist our investor customers and vendors to grow. Frankly speaking investor customers do not take time educate themselves on construction and renovation process. Each task is a process. The process needs to be defined from the time the work is assigned and delegated to labours and vendors.
It is really easier to play the blame game. However, it really requires patience to complete something. It can be food, tailoring, assembling furniture or anything, etc. The patience is the virtue. Patience really pays at the end. I mean it.
What I have noticed that majority of customers and vendors are always in rush. For example, I was working one CEO to configure and install an Internet Technology for their corporate office. They had twenty users. I tried to explain the CEO that you need to have technical information in writing and let me make the process. The change will be easier and smoother and non-interrupted. Well, whoever has worked with me; they know I am all process and I work with data flow charts all the time. Indeed, there was a huge argument. The job was easy but it was too time consuming. Result, I increased my price and they even paid the high price.
Time is money. Respect it and one will go above average.

Since we are vendor focused company who caters customers with security and authenticity. We have several elements or should I say pages that vendor and customers can get networking instantly online.
The first thing after signing up and logging in, you will notice that you have Dashboard and Profile link on the top right-hand corner. They both serve different tasks. In your profile any user can apply to become a vendor and get more service. Any user can apply to become an online shopkeeper to showcase their products and services on our Marketplace.
If you have not applied for a vendor or a marketplace you can even use the platform for posting work, posting ads, see work list, see vendors who applied for your work. You can even open a ticket our Support Team.
The following links are placed above top menu and below Leadership Ad board. Each module has its own uniqueness. The name says it all. Our team tries to things tidy and fast communication.
We are also providing Post Work relatable item at https://www.muzdoor.com/post-work , to our customers to post their Request For Proposal (RFP) for construction/renovation work. Please do not confuse this with the jobs as above. The jobs are more professional industry related work.

We also collect Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) from vendors for their background checks. We can deny any jobs from our customers even if we lose monetary funds on it or even the complete project. We do background checks even on customers. However, we don’t ask for their CNIC rather we find out if they are actually serious and not fake. Trust me, vendors can smell fakeness right away. We need to physically secure our vendors at all the times. We are focused on safety hours and will not work under any pressure from the client’s end.
Our team has created content using AI. However, AI is not integrated in to the website. The calculators are formula based. Of course, calculators are for informational purposes.
The hidden part is our SEO work that is usually hidden from the public. This feature is a mandatory and standard for Internet products and services in the construction and renovation industry.

When customers Post Work from https://www.muzdoor.com/post-work ; they can get full history from their Dashboard. They can view Title, Category, Date it was published, Work Type if it is one time or full time, number of labors required, and the work status if it is published or not. Ain’t that cool! What is cooler is that customers can view quotes by clicking on the eye button icon.
